Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The selected candidate will be
responsible for achieving monthly sales targets, generating new business opportunities, and building long-term
customer relationships. Meeting assigned targets is mandatory and will form the basis for incentives and career
growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve and exceed assigned monthly/quarterly sales targets (mandatory).
Promote and sell the Hostel Management Application to hostels, PGs, and student housing operators.
Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and networking.
Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat and referral business.
Conduct sales presentations, product/service demonstrations, and negotiations.
Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, prepare performance reports and update CRM
regularly.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in sales/business development.
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve results within deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
