Field me jaake ghar aur shop dono customers se milna aur unko rooftop solar system ke baare me samjhana

🧑‍💼 Responsibilities

Ghar aur dukaannon (shops) me visit karke customers identify karna

Bijli bill check karna (₹1500+ target)

Solar ke benefits explain karna

Customer details & lead form fill karna

Interested customers ka follow-up karna

Site visit / meeting schedule karna

Daily report submit karna

📊 Daily Target

25–30 visit (ghar + shop)

10–15 meaningful conversation

4–5 interested leads

💰 Salary + Incentive

Fixed Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000

Incentive:

Per lead: ₹20–₹50

✅ Per booking: ₹500

🎓 Qualification

Minimum 10th / 12th pass

Field work ke liye ready

Basic Hindi communication
