Job Overview:
We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Field Operations Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate should be a local resident of Maharashtra, fluent in Marathi, Hindi, and English, and comfortable working in the field across different locations within the city which is assigned by the company. This role involves document handling, coordination, and field support as per operational requirements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform field visits as per company operations
• Handle basic documentation and coordination with internal teams
• Submit reports and updates from field activity
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks
• Communicate effectively with clients or vendors if required

Skills Required:

• Strong communication skills
• Good understanding of the local geography of Pune
• Must be knowledge of mobile applications and google maps
• Ability to manage time and field schedules efficiently
• Reliable, punctual, and proactive

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum Education: 12th Pass (HSC) /Graduation (Any Stream)
• Required Document: 12 (HSC Marksheet) / Graduation Marksheet (for verification)
• Language Proficiency: Marathi (mandatory), Hindi, and English
• Local Candidate Preferred: Must be a local resident of Maharashtra (Pune)
• Required Asset: The candidate must have the bike and the driving license

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
