Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and visit potential merchants (shops, small businesses) to promote and onboard them on Paytm products (QR, Soundbox, Wallet/UPI).•Explain product features, pricing, and benefits clearly to merchants and resolve their basic queries.•Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and ensure consistent performance.•Collect required merchant documents (KYC) and complete digital onboarding accurately.•Maintain strong relationships with existing merchants and support them with product usage or issue resolution.•Ensure proper installation and activation of Paytm devices (QR stand, Soundbox).•Report daily field activity, leads status, and sales data to the team leader/manager.•Track competition in the market and provide insights to improve sales strategy.•Handle merchant escalations and coordinate with customer support teams when needed.•Follow company guidelines, maintain professionalism, and represent Paytm brand positively in the field. Job Requiremens: Minimum 12th pass (Graduation preferred).Bike & valid driving license are mandatory for fieldwork.Smartphone with good internet connection.Basic understanding of UPI, QR, digital payments, and merchant onboarding.Good communication and convincing skills.Ability to meet sales targets and manage daily field visits.Must be comfortable with field sales, market visits, and merchant interaction.Basic knowledge of KYC documents (PAN, Aadhaar, bank details).Strong time management and self-motivation.Ability to handle merchant issues and provide solutions on time.Ready to work in local areas/assigned territory.
