Field Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Field Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in day-to-day field operations. The role involves coordinating with customers, supporting sales executives, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth execution of sales activities in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:
• Support field sales executives in achieving sales targets and business objectives
• Coordinate with customers for orders, follow-ups, and service-related queries
• Assist in order processing, and dispatch follow-ups
• Conduct market surveys and collect competitor information

• Ensure timely communication between sales team, office staff, and customers

• Handle basic customer complaints and escalate issues when required
• Prepare MIS reports and submit regular updates to the reporting manager

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of sales processes and field operations
• Ability to coordinate and multitask efficiently
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area
• Customer-focused and result-oriented approach

Qualifications:
• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in field sales support or sales coordination
• Experience in steel industry is an advantage

• Local market knowledge will be an added advantage

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 1 - 3 years of experience.
