☀️ We’re Hiring: Solar Sales Executive / Manager

SPV Energy is looking for an ambitious Solar Sales professional to drive the growth of our commercial & industrial (C&I) solar business across Eastern and Northeast India.

📍 Location: Kolkata

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop C&I solar customers across industries

• Generate leads through direct outreach, referrals, networking and market research

• Meet business owners, facility managers and decision-makers to understand their energy requirements

• Conduct initial discussions on rooftop, ground-mounted, open-access and other solar solutions

• Coordinate with the engineering team for site surveys, feasibility and proposals

• Prepare and present commercial proposals to prospective clients

• Manage the sales pipeline from lead generation to closure

• Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, EPC partners and channel partners

• Track market activity, competitors and upcoming solar opportunities

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Ideal Candidate

• Graduate / MBA preferred

• 1–5 years of experience in solar, renewable energy, electrical or B2B sales

• Existing relationships with industrial, commercial or real estate businesses will be an advantage

• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills

• Comfortable with field sales and client meetings

• Understanding of electricity bills, solar savings and basic solar concepts is preferred

• Highly target-oriented and self-driven
