Field Sales Executive

Country Holidays Travel is a travel company offering customized holiday packages and vacation experiences across India and international destinations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Promote holiday packages and travel memberships in malls, events, and public places.

2. Approach and engage walk-in customers to explain company services and offers

3. Generate leads by collecting customer details (name, contact number, travel preferences, etc.)

4. Maintain accurate daily records of client interactions and data collected

5. Coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups and conversions

6. Set up and manage promotional kiosks or stalls in malls

7. Distribute brochures, vouchers, and promotional materials

8. Represent the brand professionally and create a positive first impression

9. Achieve daily/weekly lead generation targets

10. Client Data & Reporting Duties

11.Fill customer

information forms (digital or manual) during interactions

12. Track number of people approached vs. interested leads

13.Submit daily activity reports to the manager

14. Ensure data accuracy and avoid duplicate or incorrect entries

15. Maintain confidentiality of customer information

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred

2. Good communication and interpersonal skills

3. Confident, presentable, and energetic personality

4. Ability to approach strangers and start conversations

5. Basic knowledge of travel destinations (training will be provided)

6. Willingness to work in malls, events, and on rotational shifts
