Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Growth Executive to drive B2B business development activities. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building corporate relationships, generating leads, and supporting revenue growth.

This role requires strong communication skills, client interaction abilities, and willingness to travel for field visits.

Key Responsibilities

Visit corporate offices, industries, and commercial establishments to identify food and beverage business opportunities.

Generate B2B sales leads and develop strong client relationships.

Meet with procurement, administration, and HR teams to understand business requirements.

Present company food and beverage products to potential clients.

Follow up with leads and convert prospects into customers.

Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order execution and customer satisfaction.

Maintain daily visit reports and update lead status regularly.

Achieve assigned business development and sales targets.

Required Skills

Experience or interest in B2B marketing and sales.

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Customer-focused approach with problem-solving abilities.

Good presentation skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication.

Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings and field visits.
