*सेल्स एग्जीक्यूटिव (फायर सेफ्टी) – कार्य विवरण*

इस पद पर कार्यरत व्यक्ति की मुख्य जिम्मेदारी फील्ड में जाकर नए ग्राहकों और डीलरों से संपर्क करना तथा कंपनी के फायर सेफ्टी उत्पादों और सेवाओं का प्रचार-प्रसार करना है।

मुख्य कार्य:

* ग्राहकों, डीलरों और वितरकों से मिलकर **फायर एक्सटिंग्विशर** एवं अन्य **फायर सेफ्टी उपकरणों और सिस्टम** की बिक्री करना।

* नए व्यावसायिक अवसरों की पहचान करना और संभावित ग्राहकों से संपर्क स्थापित करना।

* अस्पताल, स्कूल, कॉलेज, अपार्टमेंट, कार्यालय, फैक्ट्री या अन्य निर्माणाधीन परियोजनाओं का दौरा कर वहाँ के इंजीनियरों, प्रोजेक्ट मैनेजरों, बिल्डरों और निर्णय लेने वाले अधिकारियों से चर्चा करना।

* उनकी आवश्यकताओं को समझकर उपयुक्त फायर सेफ्टी समाधान प्रस्तुत करना।

* प्रोजेक्ट प्राप्त करने के लिए प्रस्ताव तैयार करना, बातचीत (Negotiation) करना और अंततः **डील को सफलतापूर्वक क्लोज़** करना।

* ग्राहकों के साथ अच्छे संबंध बनाए रखना और बिक्री के बाद भी आवश्यक सहयोग प्रदान करना।

यह भूमिका ऐसे व्यक्ति के लिए उपयुक्त है जो फील्ड सेल्स, क्लाइंट मीटिंग, प्रोजेक्ट सेल्स और डील क्लोज़िंग में रुचि रखता हो तथा प्रभावी संचार कौशल रखता हो।

आपका चयन प्रक्रिया के अंतर्गत तीन चरणों (Rounds) में इंटरव्यू आयोजित किया जाएगा:

प्रथम चरण (Round 1): प्रारंभिक स्क्रीनिंग एवं प्रोफ़ाइल का मूल्यांकन।

द्वितीय चरण (Round 2): भूमिका से संबंधित कौशल, अनुभव और कार्यक्षमता का विस्तृत आकलन।

तृतीय एवं अंतिम चरण (Final Round): अंतिम मूल्यांकन के साथ-साथ वेतन (Salary) एवं अन्य नियुक्ति संबंधी शर्तों पर चर्चा।

कृपया ध्यान दें कि वेतन संबंधी चर्चा अंतिम चरण में आपके प्रदर्शन, अनुभव और इंटरव्यू के समग्र मूल्यांकन के आधार पर की जाएगी। इसलिए प्रारंभिक चरणों में वेतन के बारे में निश्चित जानकारी देना उचित नहीं होगा। अंतिम निर्णय चयन प्रक्रिया पूरी होने के बाद ही साझा किया जाएगा।
