Field Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to join our team in the hospitality industry. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving assigned sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients in the hospitality industry, including hotels, restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, caterers, and other food & beverage businesses.

• Generate new leads through field visits, cold calling, references, networking, and market research.

• Meet prospective clients and understand their business requirements.

• Present and explain company services/products to potential clients.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

• Conduct regular market visits to identify new business opportunities.

• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into business.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate records of leads, client meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.

• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

• Ensure excellent customer service and maintain long-term client relationships.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality, Sales, or Business Administration will be preferred.

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, business development, or hospitality sales.

• Experience in the hotel, restaurant, café, catering, or hospitality sector will be an added advantage.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good negotiation and convincing abilities.

• Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.

• Good knowledge of the local market.

• Ability to build and maintain professional client relationships.

• Comfortable with regular field visits and client meetings.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office, WhatsApp, email, and CRM tools.

• Valid two-wheeler driving licence is preferred.

• Monthly sales achievement.

• Number of new leads generated.

• Lead-to-client conversion rate.

• New client acquisition.

• Client retention and repeat business.

• Number of productive field visits and client meetings.
