Job Description

We are looking for a Field Recruiter to join our team, focused on expanding the rider base across assigned stores, meeting daily/weekly onboarding targets, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new riders. The role offers a salary range of ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 along with growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and recruit delivery riders at assigned stores and nearby locations
• Conduct on-ground engagement, awareness activities, and lead generation
• Guide riders through the onboarding process including documentation and app activation
• Ensure daily onboarding targets are met as per store requirements
• Follow up with onboarded riders to ensure first load and early activation
• Coordinate with operations and calling teams to resolve onboarding issues
• Maintain accurate records of leads, onboardings, and active riders

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th pass acceptable
• Experience: 0 – 1 year (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Willingness to work on-field and travel between assigned stores
• Target-driven and proactive approach
