We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Field Recruiter/Field Marketing Executive to promote our agency’s security services by visiting residential complexes, corporate offices, industrial sites, and retail stores. The role involves on-ground marketing, lead generation, client engagement, and supporting recruitment needs where required.
Visit residential societies, corporate offices, industrial sites, and retail establishments to promote the company’s security services
Explain service offerings such as security guards, surveillance, access control, and manpower solutions
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, visiting cards, etc.)
Generate leads and coordinate with the sales/business development team
Build and maintain relationships with facility managers, HR teams, society members, and business owners
Collect market feedback and report competitor activities
Identify and approach potential security guard candidates in assigned areas
Coordinate interviews, document collection, and onboarding support
Maintain basic records of candidates and site visits
Maintain daily visit reports and lead tracking
Share updates with supervisors regarding prospects, inquiries, and conversions
Ensure professional representation of the company at all times
Minimum 10th / 12th / Graduate (preferred but not mandatory)
Experience in field marketing, field sales, recruitment, or security services is an advantage
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to explain services confidently to different types of clients
Willingness to travel extensively within assigned areas
Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
Prior experience in security services, manpower services, or facility management
Familiarity with residential societies and commercial establishments
Basic knowledge of MS Excel or mobile reporting tools
