We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to handle field sales, dealer development, and lead closures in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh region.
Generate leads from schools, colleges, coaching institutes, hospitals, and corporates.
Meet principals, directors, and purchase heads to pitch Xtrows products.
Conduct product demos of Interactive Panels, Digital Podiums, Kiosks, etc.
Close sales deals and coordinate with HO for quotations and logistics.
Develop local dealer/partner network and maintain relationships.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Submit daily reports and updates to head office.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably BBA/B.Tech/MBA).
Experience: Minimum 2 years in field sales (EdTech, Electronics, B2B preferred).
Communication: Fluent in Telugu, Hindi, and English.
Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation, and relationship-building.
Mobility: Must be willing to travel extensively across Telangana & Andhra Pradesh.
Other Requirements: Must have a two-wheeler and smartphone.
