🛠️ Key Responsibilities
Visit offices, schools, hospitals, societies & commercial buildings
Introduce Staffnexa staffing services
Collect client details:
Company name
Contact person
Mobile number & email
Explain services briefly and professionally
Schedule meetings for senior management
Maintain daily visit & lead report (Google Sheet / WhatsApp)
Distribute visiting cards & company brochure

👤 Candidate Requirements
Minimum 10th / 12th pass
Good communication skills (Hindi required, basic English preferred)
Field work–ready & confident personality
Prior field sales / promotion experience preferred
Two-wheeler preferred (not mandatory)
💰 Salary & Benefits
Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹12,000
Travel Allowance: ₹2,000
Incentives:
₹300–₹500 per successful meeting scheduled
₹2,000–₹5,000 per client converted
