We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting clients in the field, promoting company products/services, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit assigned areas to meet potential and existing customers.

• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.

• Explain product/services benefits clearly to customers.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain strong relationships with clients for repeat business.

• Collect payments and ensure proper documentation.

• Submit daily visit reports and sales updates to the reporting manager.

• Conduct market research and provide competitor insights.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales (Freshers can also apply).

• Good communication and convincing skills.

• Ability to work in the field and travel locally.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and smartphone applications.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
