Field Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Market Exploration: Conduct regular field visits across designated markets, high streets, malls, and commercial hubs to identify leasing opportunities.

• Property Scouting: Gather detailed information on available properties (size, frontage, layout, condition, footfall, nearby brands, rental expectations, etc.).

• Market Analysis: Evaluate each market’s customer profile, competition, brand mix, and overall viability for specific commercial brands.

• Fitment Assessment: Determine which brand categories (F&B, fashion, electronics, services, etc.) are best suited for each market based on demographics, demand patterns, and competitive landscape.

• Landlord Coordination: Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, brokers, and local contacts to obtain accurate property details and negotiate preliminary terms.

• Data Reporting: Prepare structured reports, market summaries, and property evaluations for the internal team, including photographs, pricing, and market insights.

• Trend Tracking: Stay updated on new developments, upcoming retail projects, and shifts in market dynamics.

• Support Leasing Strategy: Provide on-ground inputs to help shape leasing decisions and brand expansion strategies.
