Position: Field Executive
Job Purpose:
The Field Executive will be responsible for sourcing customers, promoting and selling Company’s product and building long-term relationships to drive business growth. The role involves direct field visits, lead generation, customer acquisition, and achieving assigned sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and generate leads through field visits, cold calling, references, and networking.
• Promote and sell company’s product to individual and business customers.
• Conduct customer meetings to explain product features, eligibility, documentation, interest rates, and repayment terms.
• Collect and verify customer documents as per company and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with credit and operations teams for loan processing and approvals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the branch/management.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct market research to understand competitors, customer needs, and local opportunities.
• Provide regular reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance.
Qualifications & Experience:
Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in field sales, preferably in NBFCs, banks, or financial services.
• Freshers with good communication skills and willingness to work in sales can also apply.
