Field Coordinator

We are looking for a results-driven Field Coordinator to join [Solar EPC] in Agra . This role involves handling fieldwork activities such as document submissions, site visits, coordination with DISCOMs, and supporting solar project execution. Ensuring timely task completion, maintaining communication with authorities and internal teams will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹15000 to ₹18,000 per month along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit DISCOM offices, project sites, and government departments for submissions, follow-ups, and approvals.

• Submit, collect, and maintain documents related to solar net metering and project permissions.

• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.

• Assist in basic site supervision tasks if needed.

• Maintain records of all field visits and submit regular updates.

Job Requirements:

Candidates should have a Graduate Degree or Diploma and 06 Months–1 years of experience in field coordination or solar-related work. Strong communication skills, a customer-friendly approach, and the ability to handle outdoor work are important. Proficiency in MS Office and basic documentation is an added advantage.
Having a two-wheeler and valid driving license is mandatory.

Candidate having solar experience or Real estate experience will be preferred.
