The Field Collection & Recovery Executive is responsible for collecting loan repayments, managing overdue accounts, and ensuring timely recovery through field visits. The role involves direct interaction with customers to maintain repayment discipline and reduce financial risk.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers to collect EMI payments on due and overdue accounts
Follow up with delinquent customers through field visits and calls
Negotiate repayment plans and settlements for overdue accounts
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets
Maintain accurate collection records and receipts
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines
Maintain professional behavior while dealing with customers
