Visit customers at their residence or workplace for loan repayment collection.
Follow up on overdue and delinquent accounts as per company policy.
Verify KYC and loan-related documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address proof, income proof, etc.).
Conduct field verification for customer residence, employment.
Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of verification reports.
Maintain daily collection and visit reports using company systems or apps.
Build professional relationships with customers while ensuring ethical recovery practices.
Coordinate with branch, credit, and recovery teams for case updates.
Adhere strictly to RBI guidelines and company recovery norms.
