Job Description

• Field Collection: Visit clients at their business or residential locations to collect outstanding debts, ensuring timely payment of overdue accounts.
• Payment Negotiation: Engage with clients to discuss overdue payments and negotiate terms for repayment, including setting up payment plans or obtaining full settlement.
• Client Interaction: Establish and maintain professional relationships with clients, addressing their concerns and queries regarding outstanding payments.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of all client visits, payments made. Update the repports with relevant details after each field visit and submit it
• Report Generation: Prepare daily/weekly field reports summarizing collection activities, pending collections, payments received, and customer interactions.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the office collections team to discuss challenging cases and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in field collections or sales is preferred banking & non-banking field
• Familiarity with relevant debt collection (e.g., Debt Collection, EMI Collection).
