Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Field Collection & Recovery Executive responsible for collecting overdue payments on personal loans. The candidate will visit customers, follow up on pending dues, and ensure timely recovery while maintaining a professional and customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit customers’ locations to collect overdue loan payments.
Follow up with customers through field visits and calls for EMI recovery.
Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
Negotiate repayment plans with customers when required.
Ensure compliance with company policies and legal guidelines during collections.
Achieve monthly collection targets assigned by the management.
Update daily reports and submit to the reporting manager.
