🧑‍💼 Role & Responsibilities

• Implement GOFRUGAL software at customer locations

• POS billing, inventory, accounts basic setup

• Customer training (billing, reports, daily operations)

• Hardware setup & coordination (POS, barcode scanner, printer)

• Basic troubleshooting & first-level support

• Coordinate with HO / support team when required

• Field visits & customer follow-ups

🎓 Eligibility

• Male / Female candidates can apply

• Any degree / diploma (Commerce / IT preferred)

• Freshers or 1–2 years experience in software / POS / field support

• Basic computer knowledge (Windows, Billing, Excel)

• Two-wheeler preferred for field work

• Good communication (Tamil mandatory, basic English advantage)
