Field Boy

Job Summary

We are hiring a Field Executive who will be responsible for visiting assigned areas, identifying suitable commercial spaces as per client requirements, capturing photos/videos, collecting site details, and submitting complete property inventory reports.
The work includes field travel, location scouting, and basic documentation.

Key Responsibilities

1. Site Scouting & Space Identification

• Visit specific locations/markets/streets assigned by the company

• Identify shops, offices, retail spaces, warehouses, or land as per client requirement

• Check “To Let / For Rent / For Lease” availability

• Talk to local brokers, landlords or shopkeepers to gather accurate details

2. Property Data Collection

• Take clear photos of:

  • Outside facade

  • Inside layout

  • Frontage

  • Surrounding area

  • Neighbourhood brands

• Shoot walk-through videos of the space

• Save accurate GPS location / Google map pin

3. Information Gathering

Collect the following from owner/broker/local contact:

• Carpet/Super area

• Frontage & depth

• Floor level

• Asking rent

• Security deposit

• Lock-in period

• Lease tenure

• Maintenance charges

• Availability timeline

• Landlord contact details

4. Reporting

• Prepare daily inventory reports

• Upload photos/videos in WhatsApp groups or Google Drive

• Share verified details with office team

• Maintain property sheet properly

• Update team on site availability and negotiation notes

📦 Skills & Requirements

• 12th pass minimum

• Smartphone with good camera

• Must know how to use:

  • WhatsApp

  • Google Maps

  • Camera & video recording

  • Google Sheets (basic)

• Comfortable with field work & talking to people

• Honest reporting — no fake data

• Good observation skills

• Polite behaviour with landlords/brokers

🕒 Working Hours

• 10 AM – 7 PM (field-based)

• Sunday off (unless urgent client requirement)

📍 Work Area

• As assigned by company (specific radius/markets/locations)

• Must be ready to travel daily within city

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹20,000 depending on experience

• Mobile allowance
