Field Boy

Cloud Dhobi is looking for punctual, responsible, and customer-friendly Delivery Riders to handle the pickup and delivery of laundry orders from customers' doorsteps. You will be the face of the company and play a key role in providing a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Timely pickup and delivery of laundry and dry-cleaning orders

• Coordinate with the operations team to follow assigned route plans

• Collect payments if required and maintain delivery logs

• Maintain hygiene and handle clothes with care

• Communicate professionally with customers

• Report any delivery issues or delays immediately

Requirements

• Must own a two-wheeler (bike/scooter) and have a valid driving license

• Familiar with local routes in Noida and surrounding areas

• Prior delivery experience preferred but not mandatory

• Basic smartphone handling for using delivery apps

• Punctual, honest, and customer-focused attitude
