Job Title: Style Associate – Jewellery Retail
Location: Bangalore (Multiple Locations)
Job Summary:
The Style Associate assists customers in selecting jewellery, delivers excellent service, achieves sales targets, and ensures smooth store operations and visual appeal.
Key Responsibilities:
Achieve individual sales targets and support store goals.
Provide professional customer service and assist in jewellery selection.
Handle billing, payments, and cross-selling.
Support store operations: stock handling, merchandising, deliveries, promotions, and audits.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual standards.
Follow company SOPs and work flexible shifts.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate (Freshers welcome) or HSC with 2+ years retail experience (MANDATORY)
Age 18–35 years.
Key Skills:
Strong communication (Local language + English).
Customer-focused and proactive approach.
Professional grooming and presentation.
