Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business targets.

  • Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and channel partners.

  • Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures with international customers.

  • Manage complete export operations including documentation, shipping coordination, logistics, and payment follow-up.

  • Coordinate with production, dispatch, and finance teams for timely order execution.

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

  • Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.

  • Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade policies.

  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in Export Sales / International Sales.

  • Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade processes.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.

  • Ability to develop new markets and generate international business leads.

  • Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and ERP/CRM systems preferred.

  • Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, LC, shipment processes, and payment terms.

  • Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.

Preferred Industry Background

  • Engineering / Industrial Products / Electrical / Energy Solutions / Manufacturing industry preferred.

Salary
