Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute export sales strategies to achieve business targets.
Identify new international markets, distributors, and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with overseas clients and channel partners.
Handle inquiries, quotations, negotiations, and order closures with international customers.
Manage complete export operations including documentation, shipping coordination, logistics, and payment follow-up.
Coordinate with production, dispatch, and finance teams for timely order execution.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Participate in international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings when required.
Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade policies.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business development plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of experience in Export Sales / International Sales.
Strong knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and international trade processes.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Ability to develop new markets and generate international business leads.
Proficiency in MS Office, email communication, and ERP/CRM systems preferred.
Strong understanding of INCOTERMS, LC, shipment processes, and payment terms.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Preferred Industry Background
Engineering / Industrial Products / Electrical / Energy Solutions / Manufacturing industry preferred.
