Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Secretary cum Business Development Officer to support senior leadership while also driving business growth initiatives. This hybrid role requires strong administrative capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset to identify and pursue new business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities:

Executive Secretary Duties:

  • Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel and logistics.

  • Prepare reports, memos, correspondence, and presentations with a high degree of accuracy.

  • Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.

  • Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive.

  • Organize meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, and follow up on action items.

  • Maintain filing systems and ensure documentation is up to date.

Business Development Duties:

  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential clients.

  • Support in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies.

  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support strategic decisions.

  • Prepare business proposals, presentations, and client pitches.

  • Follow up on leads, prepare quotations, and support the negotiation and closing of deals.

  • Assist in building and maintaining client relationships.
