Job Summary
The Executive Assistant / Office Assistant will support the Founders and Sales Team by managing customer coordination, documentation, office administration, WhatsApp communication, reporting, and day-to-day business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Customer & Client Coordination
· Coordinate with B2B clients, Channel Partners, and Direct Customers.
· Handle enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.
· Follow up with new and existing clients.
· Provide timely updates on documentation and application status.
· Build strong customer relationships and ensure excellent service.
Founder & Sales Team Coordination
· Provide administrative support to the Founders and Sales Team.
· Coordinate meetings, appointments, and follow-ups.
· Assist in collecting customer documents and preparing reports.
· Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution.
Documentation & Operations
· Collect, verify, and maintain customer documentation.
· Prepare proposals, agreements, and official correspondence.
· Maintain confidential digital and physical records.
WhatsApp & Social Media
· Manage WhatsApp Business using the company-provided mobile number.
· Send promotional broadcasts and business updates.
· Assist in social media posting and customer engagement.
Office Administration
· Handle daily office administration and coordination.
· Maintain office records and documentation.
· Assist visitors and support routine office activities.
Reporting & MIS
· Prepare Daily Activity Reports (DAR).
· Update CRM and customer database.
· Maintain Excel MIS and lead tracking reports.
Eligibility Criteria
· Only Female Candidates may apply.
· Graduate in any discipline.
· Experience in Administration, Banking, NBFC, Financial Services or FinTech preferred.
· Freshers with excellent communication and computer skills may also apply.
Required Skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong coordination and organizational skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Outlook).
· Knowledge of WhatsApp Business and basic social media handling.
