Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Manager to drive new business acquisition, strategic account development, and revenue growth by offering customized CPaaS (Communication Platform as a Service) solutions to enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will possess strong consultative selling capabilities, experience managing enterprise accounts, and expertise in selling cloud communication and SaaS-based solutions. This role demands a proven ability to engage with senior stakeholders, build long-term client relationships, and manage the complete sales lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Enterprise Business Development
Identify, prospect, and acquire new enterprise clients across industries including:
BFSI
E-commerce
Healthcare
EdTech
Logistics
Fintech
Retail
Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, market research, and outbound prospecting.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to ensure consistent revenue growth.
Solution Selling
Drive sales of CPaaS products and communication solutions, including:
Bulk SMS Solutions
WhatsApp Business API
Voice & IVR Solutions
Rich Communication Services (RCS)
Email APIs
Chatbot Solutions
Omnichannel Communication Platforms
Consultative Sales
Conduct product demonstrations, solution presentations, and business discussions with CXOs, CTOs, CMOs, and other key decision-makers.
Understand customer business challenges and recommend tailored CPaaS solutions.
Prepare customized proposals, pricing models, and commercial negotiations.
Sales Management
Own the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure.
Consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain accurate CRM records, sales forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
Ensure timely reporting of pipeline status and revenue projections.
Customer Relationship Management
Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients to maximize retention and upselling opportunities.
Identify cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
Market Intelligence
Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging communication technologies.
Provide market feedback to support product enhancements and go-to-market strategies.
Required Skills & Experience
4–8 years of experience in Enterprise Sales or B2B Sales.
Mandatory experience in one or more of the following:

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
MBA is preferred.
