Job Title: Email Marketing Executive – Lead Generation

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Executive to generate qualified B2B leads through targeted email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running bulk email marketing campaigns, managing multiple email IDs, and ensuring high deliverability and conversion rates.
Plan, execute, and manage email marketing campaigns to generate leads for IT products and services.
Build and maintain email databases using multiple verified email IDs.
Create and personalize email templates to improve engagement and response rates.
Track, analyze, and report campaign performance metrics such as open rates, CTR, and conversions.
Perform A/B testing to optimize subject lines, content, and call-to-action.
Ensure emails comply with anti-spam laws (CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and maintain domain reputation.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to nurture and convert leads.
Manage follow-ups for interested prospects and maintain an updated CRM or lead sheet.
Proven experience (6 months – 3 years) in B2B Email Marketing or Lead Generation within the IT industry.
Proficiency in email marketing tools (Mailchimp, Sendinblue, HubSpot, etc.).
Knowledge of email deliverability, inbox placement, and IP/domain warming.
Excellent written communication and data management skills.
Ability to handle and operate multiple sender email IDs effectively.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other lead research tools will be an added advantage.
