About the Role
We are looking for an Email Outreach Specialist who can generate qualified B2B leads through strategic email campaigns and LinkedIn outreach.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Instantly.ai, LinkedIn prospecting, cold email campaigns, lead list building, and campaign optimization.
This role is focused on generating meetings and qualified leads for the sales team through outbound marketing.

Key Responsibilities
Email Outreach
• Build and execute cold email campaigns.
• Create personalized email sequences.
• Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize open, reply, and conversion rates.
• Perform A/B testing on subject lines, email copy, and CTAs.
LinkedIn Outreach
• Identify and connect with target prospects.
• Execute LinkedIn outreach campaigns.
• Build relationships with decision-makers.
• Generate qualified meetings through LinkedIn.
Lead Generation
• Research and build prospect databases.
• Identify target companies and key decision-makers.
• Qualify leads before passing them to the sales team.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and outreach records.
Campaign Management
• Manage domains, inboxes, and sender reputation.
• Improve email deliverability.
• Monitor bounce rates, spam scores, and campaign health.
• Prepare weekly outreach performance reports.
