We are looking for a talented Email Marketing Expert to help us reach our target audience, generate high-quality leads, and strengthen our brand presence in the B2B tech space.
Responsibilities:
Email Campaign Design & Management: Create and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for B2B clients (e.g., startups, SMEs, IT managers, CTOs) to drive engagement and conversions.
Lead Generation: Build and segment lead lists (sourced from LinkedIn, industry events, webinars, etc.) to target decision-makers with personalized campaigns.
Content Creation: Write professional and technical email content, including newsletters, case studies, promotional offers, and drip campaigns (e.g., welcome series, follow-ups).
Automation Setup: Implement automated email workflows using tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot, or Brevo to nurture leads and improve conversion rates.
Data Analysis: Analyze campaign performance (open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) and optimize strategies through A/B testing.
Brand Awareness: Develop content that highlights our software development and design services to build brand credibility and awareness.
CRM Integration: Integrate email marketing efforts with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) to support the sales pipeline and track leads.
Reporting: Provide regular reports to management on campaign performance, ROI, and actionable insights.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 1-2 years of experience in B2B email marketing, preferably in the technology or software industry.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo, SendGrid).
In-depth knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent).
Familiarity with data analytics and A/B testing methodologies.
Content Writing: Strong ability to write professional and technical email content (e.g., case studies, whitepapers, promotional emails).
B2B Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of strategies to target decision-makers (e.g., CTOs, IT managers, CEOs) in the B2B space.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (in English; Hindi is a plus).
Creativity: Ability to design engaging and personalized email content that resonates with B2B audiences.
Data-Driven Approach: Proficiency in using analytics to optimize campaign performance.
Team Collaboration: Ability to work closely with sales and content teams to align marketing efforts.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in marketing for software development, web design, or technology sectors.
Proven track record of generating leads through LinkedIn or other B2B channels.
Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark) for creating visually appealing emails.
Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
Experience running email campaigns for webinars or industry events.
