Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the Education Counsellor team.
Monitor daily team performance and achieve business targets.
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to improve productivity.
Handle escalations and ensure high-quality counselling.
Coordinate with HR and Operations for smooth onboarding and team management.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Ensure process compliance and maintain service quality.

Prior experience in Team Handling or Education Counselling.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
