Job Title: Sr Education Counselor
Department: Sales
Reports To: Centre Manager
Location: Mumbai
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Counsel students and parents regarding the institute’s courses, programs, career outcomes, and admission process.
Handle walk-in, telephonic, and online inquiries professionally and promptly.
Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions to understand student needs and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads.
Assist students in completing admission forms, documentation, and fee submission.
Maintain an up-to-date database of inquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
Prepare and submit regular reports on counseling activities and admission targets.
Build and maintain positive relationships with students and parents.
Achieve Targets set by management.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Graduate
1–3 years of experience as a counselor, academic advisor (experience in an educational institute preferred).
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage targets and work under pressure.
