Job Responsibilities
Counsel students and parents regarding various competitive examination courses offered by the institute.
Guide students in selecting the most suitable course based on their goals and academic background.
Handle walk-in inquiries, phone calls, WhatsApp leads, and online inquiries.
Explain course details, fee structure, batch timings, and admission procedures.
Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
Maintain student records and admission data.
Build strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive counseling experience.
Coordinate with faculty and management regarding admissions and student requirements.
Requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Graduation in any discipline.
Prior experience in counseling, admissions, sales, telecalling, or customer relations is preferred.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Preferred Candidates
Candidates with experience in educational institutes, coaching centers, schools, colleges, or EdTech companies.
