Job Description: Education Counsellor (International Process)

Sapient Hunt is hiring for the position of Education Counsellor for our International Process. We are looking for result-oriented male candidates who can guide students toward global educational opportunities.

Job Overview

Location: Noida Sector 3 (Near Metro Station: Sector 16).

Shift: Night Shift (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM).

Mode: Work From Office (WFO).

Working Days: 5 Days (Saturday & Sunday Fixed Off).

Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA + Lucrative Incentives.

Experience Requirements

Mandatory: Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Sales, FinTech, or B2B SaaS.

Gender: Male candidates only.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

Guide students to choose the right international courses based on their profiles.

Manage inbound and outbound calls to convert potential leads into successful enrollments.

Understand individual student profiles to provide tailored counselling sessions.

Maintain daily reports and ensure regular follow-ups with leads.
