Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through outbound calls, inbound inquiries, and walk-ins

- Counsel students on course options, fee structures, and admission processes

- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, conversions, and admissions

- Maintain accurate records of interactions and update CRM systems

- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to drive admissions

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills

- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

- Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office

Qualifications:

- Graduate in any discipline (freshers welcome)

- 0-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or admissions
