Education Counsellor

We are looking for a Education Counsellor to join our team at Softhub Yess Infotech Private Limited. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹13000 - ₹23000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • On video call/ on call or face to face counseling of students for joining the training and convert as many as leads into admission.

  • Minimum monthly revenue generation should be achieved per month

  • Making follow-up calls, google meet calls, attending office visits

  • Maintain Database of your follow up as well as cross checking team member’s database for smooth functioning of work.

  • Daily/Monthly/Weekly targets should be achieved.

  • Overall responsibility to make sure that maximum students should join training with us per month.

  • Taking feedback from running batch students on a daily basis.

  • Responsibility to make sure that maximum students should pay the installments on time to the company per month.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 0.5 - 4 years of experience. Strong communication skills, customer-centric approach, and ability to close deals are important for this profile. Proficiency in Cold Calling, Convincing Skills is an added advantage.
