Education Counsellor

We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Telecaller / Education Counsellor to guide students and parents regarding college admissions, courses, and career options. The candidate should have strong communication skills and the ability to convert leads into successful admissions.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Call and follow up with students and parents on provided leads

• Explain college details, courses, eligibility, admission process, and fees

• Counsel students regarding suitable courses and colleges based on their profile

• Maintain daily call reports and student data

• Achieve admission and counseling targets

• Coordinate with the admissions team for documentation and follow-ups

• Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally

🔹 Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English

• Convincing and persuasive ability

• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, WhatsApp)

• Positive attitude and result-oriented mindset

• Ability to handle pressure and targets

🔹 Eligibility:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate

• Experience in telecalling, counselling, or sales is an advantage (Freshers can apply)

• Female / Male candidates both can apply

🔹 Job Details:

• Job Type: Full-time

• Work Location: Office-based

• Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹30,000 per month + Incentives

• Working Days: 6 days a week
