Full Time
We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Sales Executive to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, and converting leads into successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and follow up with potential customers through calls, emails, and other channels.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about products/services.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate and close sales while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to revenue growth.
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in sales, telecalling, business development, or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools.
