Role Overview

As an Education Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for prospective students. Your role will involve understanding their educational goals, guiding them through available programs, and ensuring they receive the right mentorship and support throughout their admission journey.

This is a target-driven role that requires excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convert student inquiries into successful admissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective students via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to understand their academic aspirations.

• Counsel students on suitable programs, universities, and courses based on their profiles and career goals.

• Maintain updated knowledge of top B-schools and international universities.

• Collaborate closely with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and operations teams for smooth processing of applications.

• Maintain accurate records of interactions and conversions in CRM tools.

• Achieve weekly and monthly admission targets and support overall team performance.

• Ensure consistent follow-ups with leads and manage conversions efficiently.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 0 - 2 years of experience.
