Education Counsellor

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Educational Counselor to guide students in choosing the right courses and career paths. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, counseling experience, and the ability to build strong relationships with students and parents.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Counsel students regarding courses, career opportunities, and admissions.

• Understand student requirements and suggest suitable programs.

• Handle student inquiries through calls, emails, and walk-ins.

• Follow up with prospective students and maintain admission records.

• Explain course details, fee structures, and enrollment procedures.

• Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processes.

• Maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and educational partners.

• Achieve admission and counseling targets within timelines.

• Conduct seminars, webinars, and career guidance sessions when required.

• Prepare daily and weekly counseling reports.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong convincing and counseling abilities.

• Good knowledge of admissions and educational programs.

• Ability to work on targets and deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

Preferred Qualification:

• Any Graduate / Postgraduate

• Prior experience in Educational Counseling or Academic Admissions preferred.

• It is a Full Time Sales / Business Development job for candidates with 3 - 4 years of experience.
