Education Counsellor

We are looking for a admission counsellor and tele caller to join our team Ryma Academy. The role involves managing and updating information accurately and efficiently, supporting key data management processes, and performing various administrative tasks. The position offers 10-18 and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to leads generated from ads, website, and social media.

• Follow up with interested students on a regular basis.

• Maintain a high call volume with quality conversations.

• Clearly explain digital marketing courses, fees, modules, and career benefits.

• Answer basic queries over call and WhatsApp.

• Schedule counseling sessions with the senior counselor or institute head.

• Confirm attendance via WhatsApp reminders and follow-up calls.

  Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is 12th and 6months-1 year. The role requires excellent attention to detail, high level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Candidates must be open to mon-sat during the day time shift.
