Job Description: Education Counselor

Position: Education Counselor
Location: Knowledge Park III
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month
Experience Required: 1–3 Years
Gender: Male & Female both can apply

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Education Counselor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for guiding students regarding courses, admissions, and career opportunities while ensuring a smooth counseling and enrollment process.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career options, and admission procedures.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and student queries.
Maintain student databases and track leads effectively.
Assist students throughout the admission process.
Achieve admission and counseling targets.
Coordinate with internal teams for student onboarding and documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong counseling and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Professional and positive attitude.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in education counseling, admissions, or telesales preferred.
Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
