Key Responsibilities:
1. Counsel prospective students regarding courses, programs, and admission processes.
2. Provide guidance on eligibility, documentation, and application procedures.
3. Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
4. Maintain and update student records and follow-up with leads.
5. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support enrollment targets.
6. Build and maintain relationships with students and parents to ensure a positive experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
1. Prior experience in student counseling, admissions, or education consultancy preferred.
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
4. Knowledge of exam and admission procedures is highly desirable.
5. Target-driven, proactive, and organized.
