Job Description

We are excited to offer you the role of Admission Counselor. Here are the proposed terms for your role:

• Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month

• Admission Target: Minimum 1 admission per month

• Revenue Target: Generate ₹60,000 per month

• Admission Incentive: ₹3,000 for each admission beyond the target

• Revenue Incentive: 3% on any revenue above ₹60,000

• Leads: You will receive 100–200 leads per month on your CRM profile

• Daily Tasks: Manage CRM and call 60–100 prospective students each day (Work From Home)

• Reporting: Submit your commitment sheet by 2 PM and achievement sheet by 7:30 PM daily

• Timings: 2 PM to 8:00 PM (Monday to Saturday, Sunday off)

• Data Privacy: All information is confidential and should not be shared

• Professional Conduct: Represent the academy positively; maintain polite and correct communication with students

• Daily Target: Around 100 calls including fresh and follow-ups.

Guidelines:

• Honest and clear communication with students (no false commitments)

• All lead details must be updated in the CRM after every interaction

• Regular follow-up with assigned leads is mandatory

Note: If revenue exceeds ₹60K and admissions are more than 3, you will receive both revenue and admission incentives.
