Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Admission Counselor who can connect with prospective students, guide them through our courses, and convert leads into successful admissions.

💰 Salary & Incentives

Fixed Salary: ₹5,000 per month
Admission Incentive: ₹3,000 per admission (above minimum target)
Revenue Incentive: 3% on revenue generated above ₹60,000

👉 Note: If monthly revenue exceeds ₹60,000 and admissions are more than 3, both incentives will be applicable.

Minimum 1 admission per month (mandatory)
Monthly Revenue Target: ₹60,000

📊 Key Responsibilities

Handle and manage leads provided via CRM
Call and follow up with 60–100 prospective students daily
Explain courses and convert leads into admissions
Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM
Build trust and maintain positive communication with students

📈 Leads & Support

100–200 verified leads will be provided every month

Maintain polite, respectful, and professional communication
Represent the academy in a positive and ethical manner

✅ Ideal Candidate

Good communication skills (Hindi/English)
Basic understanding of sales or counseling
Self-motivated and target-driven
Comfortable working from home
