Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents about academic courses, colleges, and career options
Understand students’ interests, qualifications, and goals to guide them appropriately
Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, and online platforms
Provide accurate information about admissions, eligibility, fees, and documentation
Assist students with the application and admission process
Follow up with students to ensure enrollment completion
Maintain student records and update CRM systems
Achieve enrollment targets and contribute to team goals

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate / Undergraduate (Any stream)
Good communication skills (Hindi/English; regional language preferred)
Ability to counsel and convince students professionally
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM)
Freshers with good communication skills can apply
Experience in education counseling, sales, or telesales is an advantage
