Job Title: Education Counsellor

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented Education Counsellor to guide and support prospective students in selecting the right courses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling student inquiries, providing career counselling, and converting leads into admissions.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls and student inquiries.
Counsel students on courses, career paths, and career opportunities.
Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.
Follow up with leads and convert them into admissions.
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions.
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth admission processing.
Achieve monthly admission and sales targets.

Eligibility Criteria

Experience: 6 months to 5 years in EdTech Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
Basic computer knowledge.
Target-oriented mindset with a positive attitude.

Salary

₹2,00,000 – ₹4,50,000 LPA (Best in the market based on experience).
